We would like to look for engineers with 3 to 5 years relevant experiences in Support or Post sales delivery that is exploring support and post sales delivery role.

Another range of candidates we are looking at is with the similar experiences and exploring pre-sales career while getting experience in post sales delivery role if they do not have existing product or relevant technology experience

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all Engineering activities for Cyber Security products (Such as SASE, WAF, endpoint security, DNS Security, DLP, NDR, etc..) * more product skill will be given preference.
  • Involve in Large-scale (Local & Regional) Project.
  • Provide technical solution initiative, PoC, implementation services including proposal, design, testing, deployment & documentation.
  • Provide technical support in ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse and clarify customer queries through troubleshooting and researching existing knowledgebase articles/known issues.
  • Be on routine standby to support 24×7 maintenance support calls.
  • Requires the ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a necessary part of the job.
  • Actively participate in team and departmental meetings by providing feedback on the current day to day activity and recommendations for improvement.

    Job Requirement

    • Min Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
    • At least 1-3 years of experience supporting systems security and network security related solutions (i.e. Web Proxy or Next Generation Firewall). Particularly in the areas of administration of such solutions.
    • Able to perform endpoint & network troubleshooting to isolate the cause of the issue
    • Equip with knowledge & experience on Cloud Based Solution.
    • Past experience on Cyber Security Products & Cyber Security Knowledge are added advantages
    • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
    • Willing to work hard and have passion to learn about new technologies

  • To provide implementation services, including managing customers expectations and project timeline.
  • To obtain technical certification for products that company distributes.
  • To help customers in matching requirement into product/solutions.
  • To conduct Product Hands-on Training to customers and partners.
  • To be able to carry out installation and configuration by reading manual when given a new product when there is no prior training given.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Working after office hours, Sat/Sun/Public Holidays, from time to time, would be expected.
  • Respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • To support Sales personnel in sales process, e.g. product features/functionalities clarification, demonstration or POC, implementation consideration, tender compliance, etc.

    Job Requirement

    • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
    • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in the IT industry.
    • Able to travel overseas for business trip as and when required
